The childbirth educator provides information and education for the expectant parents. Included in the classes is information on anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and birth, relaxation, comfort measures, breathing techniques, and encouragement for students to communicate with their caregivers. The educator also provides information on birth options and encourages students to be as knowledgeable as possible. Understanding the birth process is key to reducing fear that leads to tension and pain.

The process of childbirth is a natural process that unfolds best when left undisturbed. Through childbirth education you will become more informed about the numerous options and choices that impact your birth. Once you are informed, you will be ready to plan the birth you desire and learn how to best achieve it. To serve your needs, we offer group and private childbirth classes.

 Private Childbirth Classes

 

Childbirth education is too important to miss due to scheduling difficulties. Private childbirth classes are designed around you. Choose from a list of topics you are most interested in, or take a complete series in the privacy of your home, at a time that is convenient for you and your birth partner.
